Role: Japanese Speaking Linux & Network Support Engineer (Linux, Network, Splunk)

Job Description:-
Key Requirements (Priority Order):
1️⃣ Language (Top Priority – Mandatory)
JLPT-certified or native Japanese-speaking candidates with prior experience supporting Japan-based clients
Must be able to fully communicate in Japanese during client calls and interviews
Experience supporting Japan-region clients/customers is a strong advantage
2️⃣ Core Technical Skills (Mandatory)
Strong hands-on experience in Linux/Unix administration
Process monitoring, log analysis, OS troubleshooting
Good understanding of Networking fundamentals
TCP/IP, ports, firewalls, DNS, SSL/TLS
Ability to troubleshoot system and network-related issues impacting monitoring tools
3️⃣ Splunk Exposure (Secondary Skill – Will be an advantage but not mandatory )
Experience supporting or working with Splunk environments (TAC / Ops / Support)
Knowledge of:
Splunk data ingestion issues
Basic admin/support activities
Splunk certification is a plus but not mandatory
Willingness to learn and pursue Splunk certifications is expected
