5.1 Employers must ensure job posts are accurate, legal and non-discriminatory.
5.2 Zues Hire may edit or remove posts that violate legal requirements or policies.
5.3 Job seekers must provide truthful information when applying for jobs.

6. No Guarantee of Employment
Zues Hire does not guarantee:
a job for job seekers
suitable employees for employers
background checks or credentials of job seekers
The Platform acts as a connector only.

7. User Conduct
Users must not:
Post false or misleading information
Harass or abuse others
Offer illegal work or unsafe working conditions
Request unlawful documents or fees from job seekers
Violations may result in account termination and legal action.

8. Data Protection & Privacy
8.1 Zues Hire may collect, store and use personal information as outlined in its Privacy Policy, in line with POPIA (South Africa).
8.2 Users consent to the collection and processing of their data.
8.3 Personal data may be shared with employers or job seekers for recruitment purposes.

Zues Hire is not responsible for their content, safety, accuracy, or privacy practices.
