Transportation: Safely transport goods from one location to another. Loading/Unloading: Load and unload cargo, ensuring proper handling and security. Route Planning: Plan and navigate routes efficiently. Vehicle Maintenance: Perform basic vehicle checks and maintenance. Documentation: Manage and maintain accurate records, such as delivery receipts and logs. Customer Service: Interact with customers, addressing any concerns or issues.

Receive emergency and non-emergency calls, monitor SAPS logs, keeping records, addressing problems, and dispatching appropriate team members. This also includes monitoring weather reports or notifying authorities if/when necessary.

Set up the production office, organise shoot equipment, supplies, staff and talent. Coordinate travel, accommodation, work permits and visas for cast and pick up the crew. Distribute shooting schedules, crew and cast lists, scripts and script revisions and cheparone on site for talent and crew.

Intercept emergency calls between the public and official authorities to dispatch appropriately to the response personnel. Assessing and diagnosing the nature of the emergency, liaising necessary details from the caller, to the relevant department and delivering clear and concise reports daily.
